The toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP) is a soil sample extraction procedure for chemical analysis, employed to chemically determine if a waste is characteristically hazardous. Hence, TCLP analyses the mobility of both organic and inorganic analytes present in liquid, solid and multiphasic waste.

During TCLP, rotary agitators are required. Rotary agitators are used for continuously ‘agitating’ stored liquids, to prevent the liquids from settling and separating into its various components, assuring a uniform liquid consistency. The rotary agitator is the result of developments from a line of preceding agitators, including the aerating agitator, flotation apparatus and the agitator suction tube combination.

TCLP 1311 Rotary Agitator

Marchwood Laboratory Services Pte Ltd has purchased the rotary agitator produced by Analytical Testing Corporation, which has been the leading manufacturer of TCLP equipment for decades. The TCLP 1311 Rotary Agitator is known for its versatility, convenience, speed and performance.
